We here at Supergood are always looking to improve your, our loyal customers, shopping experiences. As such, we’ve decided to take our most frequently asked questions and answer them in this handy-dandy little list! Neat, right?

The process is still the same as before, just place your order as normal, and at checkout make sure to select the "Super" payment option and follow the instructions on screen.

You will earn a percentage back into your Super Payments app account with every order, a minimum of 5%.

For example, an order of £100 will earn you back £5 in rewards, for use of your next order.

You will be able to see a preview of your rewards in the top banner of your cart before purchase.

Your cashback rewards will have a lifespan of 12 months from date of purchase. You will receive app notifications & an email when your points are due to expire.

Any cashback rewards earned with Supergood cannot be redeemed with other Super retailers.
