Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Supergood. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All UK orders are processed the same business day if ordered before 3:30pm. Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays.
Please note that orders are dispatched same day if placed before 3:30pm Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after 3:30pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Orders placed using UPS/DHL services have a cut off time of 2:30pm.

All International orders are processed the same business day Monday-Friday. if ordered before 3pm. Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, please contact us via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Some destinations are outside of our quoted delivery estimates and can take longer than quoted.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if Tracked Shipping is used. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Supergood is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the receiver (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping Policy
We ship to all countries that allow the sale and/or import of E-Liquids, shipping costs will be applied at checkout. If your country does not permit the import of Nicotine you will still be able to purchase products that do not contain nicotine.
